Very unprofessional. Came out without notifying me they were coming, took pictures of the wrong car, and thought incorrectly when they associated a DEAD tree branch falling so it must have been a windy day. Shortly after my claim was filled we had a hurricane come through with winds strong enough to cause live trees to topple over but the DEAD tree made it through unscathed. The adjuster was condescending and failed to return phone calls at all nevertheless in a timely manner. As long as they get paid, that is all that matters to them, they could care less about taking care of others who have had property damage. I strongly suggest seeking insurance through a company that is actually helpful in taking care of damages to people property.
