A received great help from Chuck Sokolowski of Emery&Web who helped me find very good insurance, and did so in a fast, efficient and kind manner. He was always available to answer my questions and gave me a follow up consultation, to help me understand every detail of the policy.
Multiple phone calls with simple request to review coverage were responded to with " We'll get back to you tomorrow". Unfortunately tomorrow never came.
