Inexperienced employees that will not communicate with you. I was trying to make decisions to get our employees the best healthcare product for the best price. We were given bad information for the renewal prices and when we questioned them about the pricing, that is when communication stopped. I feel they intentionally put us off due to renewal being due by Jan. 1. Also after telling them i had found a better option with a cheaper price, i was told i would have to renew with them for at least a year. I then checked with dept of labor to be told they cannot do that. After telling them this, they recanted their story on the year contract. Bottom line, i would definitely not recommend.
