I was so shocked when I got fired. I had no one to turn to and I had no idea what to do and then I came here and I got the best service! I got comfort, I got reassurance and they helped me through everything that I needed to go through. They helped me redo my resume, they helped me log onto sites for job applications and file for my unemployment. Not only that, my boss decided to fight me on unemployment and they helped me appeal it and I won! Yes there is free help out there with the State, but they don't really assist you they just tell you how to do it and I was so confused that I really needed someone to sit down and SHOW ME what to do! Keep calling them I literally called themn16 times within one day and never responded to me not even through email or fax they need to gire a call center and they need to work on calling people that are in need it has been over one year and I still have not been able to communicate with unemployment super frustrating
