TWFG Tamra Galvan Insurance

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service Tamra provided. I did not have to wait even having an appt. She spent over 1 1/2 hrs transferring my policy from one state to this one. She even utilized my app on my phone to do an address change on my now canceled out of state policy. All my questions were answered and then some. I don't think I have ever had an attentive experience like this one. Any one looking for an excellent insurance Agent in town, Tamra is your best bet. And I would ignore that 1 star review in here. I don't know if he is talking about the same person, but that is definitely not the experience I had. Thank you Tamra!! 👍👍.

Poor to almost no communication! Poor customer service and not so friendly staff interaction. The whole insurance quote process working with her. I am very disappointed in working with a business that conducts itself in this manner. I haven't dealt with many businesses that don't return your calls but rather text you the following day and ignore your follow up texts. I felt this interaction was very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I would not recommend. I would put 0 stars if it let me.

We all know the price of inflation has truly hit our wallets. But it gives me some relief to know that Tamra Galvan will go above & beyond to make sure i get the lowest prices on my insurance policies. I greatly appreciate all the hard work she has done for me. I couldn't ask for a better agent. TWFG is the way to go.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They not only helped save me hundreds on my auto and home insurance but they were also very professional in answering all my questions in detail and walking me through the entire process. I can't believe how easy this was. Thank you Galvan team!
