A horrible company, no matter what real and true evidences you may present, still they deny paying the benefits. If you are planning to submit a claim, better that you hire an Attorney. Even if your claim is legitimate, there is a probability of 99% your claim be denied. The game is playing with micro terms and semantic definitions rather than see the whole case. The tactic is to make you exhausted and give up your claim. The most sad thing is many customer do not know this matter after years and years paying the expensive premiums but when you submits you claim then you will learn that those benefits really do not give to you.

The website is very vague as to what it covers and doesn't cover on their accident policies. Also, it seems this company tries to find any little loophole to not pay a claim. Would not recommend this company!!!
