Rich Wackell and Wackell Insurance is a true class act agency. Having previous poor interactions with my current insurance agency, I approached Rich to review my current coverage and costs in the event of switching to his agency. Rich confirmed that I did have the proper coverage (in most areas, as he was able to recommend a few areas to make sure more coverage was included!) but also went the extra mile to say that my current costs were actually cheaper than his firm could offer in their policies, therefore, it was best to stay put where I was.
