The worst life insurance company EVER…… I repeat do not get any insurance from these unprofessional people. Everyone you talk to is over seas and they have no compassion for anyone who has lost a love one and trying to make arrangements to bury them. Most unprofessional company ever. My mom passed away on 11/21 and I’m still going back and forth with them as well as the funeral home trying to get them to do their dam job so we can bury my mom. Worst experience i have ever had to encounter. Dave yourself the headache and never give these people your business.

My agent gets nasty at times and, phone reps have gotten nasty at times . Also, they mess up my loan repayments ALMOST ALL of the time . Ex: When I pay my loans back, I'll specifically write the policy# and the phrase "loan repayment" on the money order to be used for the loan . I also make sure that I fill out the money order correctly . Yet, they still end up applying some of the money that's supposed to be used for the loan towards the premium . The only reason that I find out about the mistake is because they don't send premium bills/statements when you double up on a premium payment . So, when I don't get statements, I know instantly what happened . They do correct THEIR mistake when I call but, they KEEP making the same mistake . On top that, I'll call and let them know that I plan o
