When we bought a new home, and moved from Virginia, the ladies at Townsend handled all our non-automotive insurance needs. They provided a high degree of caring competence, and have rapidly responded to all our inquiries. They are very good.

Keep calling, and the line just rings and rings, then hangs up. I hit the option for home insurance. The same thing happens. No website and no email address. Not professional. Don't recommend, especially if you ever have a problem.
