My experience at Mrs. Kim's office in State Farm has been wonderful. Miss Desana Graham, who assisted me, has been not only a great agent but also a wonderful person. I was looking for car insurance and ended up with life and home insurance at the best prices by far. It's been an incredible week of service, and communication has been seamless. This office isn't just 5 stars, it's 10 stars! I recommend them without hesitation! Thank you so much!

Danielle Roberts provided exceptional customer service on January 23, 2026. I was assisting my 86 year old father with obtaining proof of insurance Declaration documents. Although Danielle couldn't access the documents needed. She assured me she would follow-up before the close of the business day. Danielle called me around 6 PM well beyond the close of the traditional work day. She offered suggestions on how to obtain the documents needed and promised to follow-up again on Mondsy, January 26, 2026. I greatly appreciate Danielle for her diligence and for following up. I recently transferred my policies to Kim Varnadore's office due to an issue with another State Farm agent. The entire office has been nothing but helpful and kind. In my case, Nancy took charge of the issue I was having and resolved in just a couple days (one that the previous agent said was impossible), all while being pleasant, knowledgeable and followed up during the process. Our visit with State Farm today was exceptional. Megan Scott is very caring, kind, professional representative. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable, at easy.
