We’ve been with State Farm and Todd Younker for over 12 years! Highly recommend him and his team. Tonya Ivey is amazing! Always prompt and super helpful. I am a huge believer of honest reviews. That being said we have had a rough time with State Farm in the past however, righting a wrong can be more impactful than never having any issues because you really get to know and see how much they care and in my case, they definitely cared and it was heartfelt. Seeing their office not give up and fight for me made me appreciate them even more! Thank you Todd & Tonya for being there for us every time we’ve needed you!

Angela at State Farm was amazing to work with. She was quick and responsive in getting my policy set up and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out was her professionalism and the way she followed up consistently, making sure everything was taken care of. She took the time to understand my situation and worked with me—not just treating it like a business transaction, but treating me like a person. I really appreciated that personal touch. We absolutely love Renee at the Mint Hill office! She jumps in and helps whenever we need it. She has made it so easy to get our kids insurance and does it with a smile. I would hire her in a heartbeat!!!
