Tina Biscan - State Farm Insurance Agent

I usually do business with Tina @this agency and the Customer Service is excellent. I spoke to Jen Peters and she was as professional as one can be. Jen took great care of my issue in a few short minutes by doing a graceful, "warm handoff" to someone in Claims and I resolved my problem quickly & efficiently. 5 stars isn't enough, I would give Jen 10 stars because she saved me the hassle of talking to several people on the "phone tree". She made it easy and I am most grateful.

I have had State Farm insurance with Allyssa as my agent, for about 5 or more years. She is very personable, knowledgeable and patient. I am a senior citizen, and she has walked me through numerous legal questions. I have had auto insurance and rental insurances with her over these years, and I am definitely satisfied with State Farm and her as my agent.

I'm so grateful for Tina’s State Farm team, especially for Nikki, who has truly gone above and beyond. Nikki is quick to respond, efficient, and handles everything with such kindness and warmth. She made the overwhelming process of moving back to IL and of navigating a total loss claim so much easier, and I can’t recommend her, or Tina's team, highly enough!

I love working with Tina and her associates, they're kind honest and they will stick it out with you until they figure things out in whatever circumstances are dealing with them. I think they were awesome. My first time getting with State Farm and I love it.
