This insurance company is a masterclass in giving customers the runaround. Their driver was 100% at fault, yet somehow they’ve turned a straightforward claim into a never ending game of delays, excuses, and lowball offers. Every call gets you a new person, a new story, and zero accountability. They drag their feet, “lose” information, and conveniently ignore the actual cost of proper repairs while trying to pay as little as possible. To make it even worse, they’re now trying to replace my OEM car parts with junkyard parts to cut costs. What an absolute joke. It’s painfully obvious the goal isn’t to handle claims fairly it’s to frustrate you until you give up. If you value your time, your vehicle, and your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Worst company ever to have to deal with. My vehicle was hit by someone insured by this company, they stall, they don’t answer the phone, they can’t keep their claims straight. They put the wrong address on paper work. Send emails in error with incorrect information on them. Then refuse to cover 100% of the cost of repairs from the damages caused 100% by their at fault insured. Run from this company. I don’t even know how they are open for business. Shady as ever!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They raise their car insurance rates every year despite long term loyalty from customers. Their customer service is poor, and for being a smaller company, they take advantage of their clients at every opportunity. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, they do not value their customers.

This shady company will accept money from useless drivers that don’t know how to drive but when it comes to payout money from their useless drivers that cause accidents they don’t want to pay like in my scenario one of their drivers reverse back to me and hit me and when I filed a claim with them they said their not paying because their driver said they didn’t cause it 100% WHILE I DIDNT even move and got reversed into ! Cheap company & greedy

Beware of this shady insurance company. They will do everything in their power to not pay claims weather you're insured with them or not. And they know it. I had to deal with Michelle Jimenez and Martha Diaz. Two useless, incompetent individuals. They actually defended a person that was driving distracted looking at her phone and driving too close. Claiming "it wasn't her fault". It's all an act to not pay the claim.
