Wonderful Agency! Before I tell you about my experience, I'd like to address something first. I saw bad reviews regarding some issues with Allstate but shouldn't be held against the agency, that would be corporate. I had a awesome experience with this agency. I worked with Madison who was extremely helpful and diligent throughout the whole time helping us secure Home and Auto insurance. It took several days to wrap everything up due to the complexity of our situation. Tim was very helpful as well. I recommend anyone looking for insurance, they will be honest and find every way to save you money. Thanks guys!

This agent **** to me. He told me during the process to close on our house that the original quote price wouldn't go up and it did not once but twice! The second time we went through a 3 day process to get the quote redone due to a delay in closing and his words to me were that we had to go this route in order to keep the same rate. When it was completed the rate was even higher and when I asked him about it I got silence. He refused to respond to me. So I have recently changed back to my previous insurance company because they were much lower and way more accommodating. Funny thing is that the person who I bought the house from recommended him as the "lowest" price around. They were shocked when I told them what happened. Apparently he doesn't need new business because he didn't work very

Spoke with Timothy directly via phone and email. He was very nice, respectful, and willing to answer all my questions even though it was sitting right in front of me. Would recommend giving him a chance to quote covering your hard earned investments.

There are people who will sell you insurance everywhere. All you have to do is write a check or use a debit card, but I want to make sure that you understand that these people are the best. They, in my opinion; set the standards that every insurance company should strive to meet. If it wasn't for the people who work for Tim, I wouldn't have insurance today. There has been at least 3 incidents that I have had problems financially and they have went the distance and more to make sure that I have the peace of mind and the knowledge that I am insured and that if anything happens, I am covered. I personally thank them for all they have done for me. If you are looking for insurance, for people who actually care, then this is the place to go.

Great insurance agency. Everyone is very helpful. They really go out there way to accomodate the needs of the customer. I had a great experience!
