Where do I even start??? I can not speak highly enough about my experience with Dusti and Willo at State Farm. We moved here about a year ago from Utah, and we had been State Farm customers for over 25 years, and LOVED our agent, in fact I cried when we had to part ways because we moved states. #whocriesoverthierinsuranceagent? When we did our mortgage we were told by the person helping us set up our utilities and insurance, that another company was our best bet, and that State Farm wouldn't even insure us because we were out of town. To say the least I was weepy. We went with this other company, and have been disappointed from the start, bas they lacked that State Farm "warm and attentive" customer service I had been used to all these years. Shaun Fender has been the best ever helping me with my life insurance, autos, and home. Making sure I am getting all of my discounts I am eligible for, and helping get my claim on my roof started. He went above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Julia and her staff are top tier A+ all around the best at what they do. Not only at the business they conduct, but being there for you when you need someone to talk to as well. All in all just purely amazing and wonderful people to do business with. Not only in Sulphur Springs, but all of Texas should know their names.
