Tim Williams - State Farm Insurance Agent

Will never use or recommend State Farm again. My wife and I held a policy for 16 years, haven't once missed a payment mind you in the past 16 years. Unfortunately though we had a hardship that we struggled to make 4 months worth of payments BUT we made good and paid all the months up to date. A few days after making the over $600 payment to get caught up they decided to cancel our policies and said there was nothing they could do on their end. Paying on time for 16 years on time doesn't even matter. Like a good neighbor state farm is there... nah.. these neighbors burn trash on Sundays when you hang wash up on the line.

I am a policy holder for years with State Farm. In 2022 I requested a premium review by Tim Williams after seeing multiple increases on my policy. Tim’s written response was a comparison of my premiums vs comprehensive claims I had and said, I’m ahead on what I got from my coverage. Fast forward, 39 months later, I receive a refund check with his name on it and he was not aware it was even being sent to me. The refund is for overcharges, the same overcharges I asked him to review in 2022 and again on other dates. When asked about the review his claim was I just push a button that reviews the premium, I don’t look at the details of the policy. If you call before 9 or after 2 pm, he won’t be in the office. Shop around for a different agent. Tim & his team at this location oversell & underdeliver. Very unprofessional & untrustworthy. Poor communication & attitude. They give rehearsed responses to questions & become aggressive when they can't provide logical responses or persuade customers to buy into their snake oil pitch. Tim & his team make it obvious that commission is their top priority.
