I’ve been a customer of the Fisher Agency for many years. Unfortunately I had claims for both my cars and home over the years. They were always very pleasant and prompt in handling my claims. The policy pricing is always competitive. I highly recommend them.
Did a auto quote 2 weeks ago for Erie Insurance Online and was referred to this office. Was told someone would be in touch. No one ever bothered to call me. When I called, I was told by a secretary that both agents were busy. By far the worst customer service I've ever seen. If this is what it's like trying to start a new insurance policy I could only imagine what their long term service would be like.
I have erie insurance hands down the best company i have ever used. my agent is in the fisher agency.
