I want to give a heartfelt, sincere and huge THANK YOU to Mr. Hutcheson and Megan at State Farm. My father was their client and he unexpectedly passed away. When I called to inform them, Megan immediately offered her condolences, asked how could she assist me and provided me with options. At the end of the conversation, I felt that this was one item I could check off my list. Our conversation was followed up with an email for confirmation. Megan's thoughtful communication and willingness to help made and emotional situation a little easier to manage. A few weeks after I buried my father and returned to CA, I received a card in the mail. It was a beautiful sympathy card with kind words from Mr. Hutcheson. Grateful for my insurance colleague that referred Teshia and Statefarm. Amber is the most amazing person at StateFarm. I didn't think I would ever return to them but Amber made it the best decision ever. She is patient and kind. Very thorough and meticulous. I love State Farm and Tesia is the absolute best! I happened to be on the phone with her when I was hit from behind in an accident that took place about a year ago. She happened to be in the area on her lunch break and immediately came to the scene of the accident. She reviewed the policy of the at-fault driver right there at the scene of the accident to confirm the validity of his policy and stayed with me until the police left, not only for my safety, but also to answer my questions. I can honestly say, like a good neighbor, State Farm (Tesia) was there for me.
