Christy Dove Insurance has been a blessing for me and my family, everyone here is nice and helpful throughout the process.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever… Insured the wrong truck for multiple months, and still wouldn’t process a refund. Also charged for this month when they told us they would refund since we don’t even have coverage through them this month. Truly disappointed customer. After years of being with them I am very sad to say I will never be a returning customer!
