I worked with Ken to obtain the actual insurance for the property and send money for enrollment. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful during the sign-up process. However, when it came to canceling the insurance and receiving the refund, it took over two months, and I am still waiting for my refund check to arrive.
