I'm a big fan of Allstate Insurance and have my flood , car and umbrella policies with them. They were able to beat the cost of my State Farm insurance I had been with for 8 years. They are incredibly responsive -- any time I have a question, Jaelene Medina responds within minutes. Literally. The team goes above and beyond to address any concerns, educate me on my policies, and so on. I recommend the entire Crown Allstate Insurance team highly.

I cannot say enough about these people. I needed to get automobile insurance for my girlfriend’s son. Thought it would be very difficult and very expensive. Well I was surprised. They spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, on two different occasions, both before and while I was at the dealership. They were informative, professional and patient. They found me an insurer that offered an excellent rate. I was quite surprised. Not just by the premium for the coverage, but also with the total experience. I have dealt with many different insurance agencies. None, have ever been as good as this agency. I highly recommend them

5 stars is not enough for Erna! She deserves them all!! She first helped my Aunt and Uncle phenomenally, and I had a terrible experience with Direct Auto so they sent me Erna’s information. She was very quick to reply, is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and truly above and beyond. Answered my questions before I even had to ask, and made sure everything looked right and walked me through everything. I felt very comfortable with her and confident in her to set up our insurance.
