Ive used this company for about 5 years now for my business and personal taxes and also my business filings. Every year there always ends up being some issue that is never owned up to. Mr jonhnson always blames his employees. List of issues Paid for general liability insurance for six months asked for certificate. There responce you dont have insurance showed proof of payment. Oh employee didnt sign the contract. Filed annual report with wrong ftin Claims receptionist entered wrong Filed taxes and mixed up my taxes with another person got his personal return deposited in my account. I was told i needed to cut him a check. Last but not least just found out he never filed my 2017 annual report now i have to pay a 350.00 late fee. Over the years i said mistakes happen but come on.
