Aaron is the absolute best. I was overpaying on my previous insurance and scheduled to talk with him. He was able to see why I was being charged an absurd amount and even helped me save over $100 a month! So far I like working with them! They have open communication and helped us then my husband’s truck hot hit by a deer! 100% recommend sitting down and seeing what they can do for you! Thank you again Aaron!

Was told I’d get the quote Friday afternoon for an auto policy. Monday no word so called a left a message. No response. 0n Tuesday called back and got the agent. Asked what happened and what was taking so long (I had already provided all the info he needed) and the Agent said he had been to busy to get me a quote. I asked if it was this much a challenge to get a quote, what would the service be like once a customer? His response, “You want me to write the quote of not?” NOT! Can’t recommend doing business with someone that doesn’t want to be bothered with your account.

Agent was "too busy" to properly complete new home insurance policy. This resulted in cancellation, a 3 day gap in coverage that cost me $250.00, then a new, more expensive policy. In less than 5 months, received a notice of premium increase on the 1 year policy, or the option of yet another company.

Agent, Ty Leath and his staff are the epitome of how a business should be run. They go the full extent to help you with absolute kindness. We are grateful and privileged to be insured by Farm Bureau.
