The Jennersville Insurance Agency: Allstate Insurance

Since I switched to Allstate in July 2024 my experience has been great. Everyone has been responsive and proactive, as well. Fortunately, I have had no claims experience so I can't speak to that. Very satisfied, so far.

We have used Allstate auto insurance for many years. We retired back to this area in 2009 and have been pleased to work with the Jennersville Insurance Agency since then. I use them for auto and home and now for apartment insurance. Marla is particularly diligent in finding ways to help her customers. They have been with me during times of change and guided me well with knowledge, compassion and humanity in our increasing AI driven world. Highly recommend both Marla and Bob.

Bob and Marla have been great to work with. We had left Allstate for a while but with recent changes at home with a young driver getting their license we ended up returning to Allstate. We were greeted with open arms and it was like we never left. Overall good rates and excellent customer service.

Great customer service and always willing to work with you. Keep you updated on your policy. 1st hand experience, if involved in accident, and are hospitalized for something that has absolutely nothing to do with the accident, they will ask for proof of how you being hospitalized is not a result from the accident. That is amazing that an insurance company will go that distance to make sure you are not injured from the accident. I will recommend All State to anyone.

Their charge was almost half what I had been paying with a company that I had for twenty years!
