We have been customers of Yerkes Insurance for many, many, years. However, last year 2023 and this year in 2024, Mike has not provided good service to us as he had in the past. This left us scrambling for insurance coverage. We loved the idea of a home grown agency to service our needs but it hasn't worked out after all of this time! He sold his customer list to another agency who is expanding their business lines but their customer service is wanting as well. The new agency provided me with a VERY last minute quote which left me hanging. Again, I trusted them. So unfortunately we are going to another agent.
Kevin and Karen are the best, saved me and a few referrals a bunch of money. Really know what they are doing and will treat you with professionalism and honesty.
Karen and Kevin are a pleasure to work with....they are professional and reliable. I highly recommend them!
