I have been a client at the Insurance Center of Fort Myers for the past 15 years.I am very impressed with their professional way of handling any complex issues, bringing quick answers and getting my paperwork timely ,even if ,as a snowbird, I live out of the US.Florentina Omilekin and Claritza Hernandez are very patient and courteous taking time to answer any concern I may have, very dedicated to make all procedures smoother. When I have to deal with Mark Nellans at his office, he does his best to find the most appropriate policy meeting my expectations. All that deserves my privilege to grant an excellent recommendation for the Insurance Center of Fort Myers.

Working with Claritza has been so wonderful. She helped us so much when we were really in a tough spot with citizens not wanting to renew our policy. She went to bat for us and finally got the renewal pushed through! Thanks a million!
