Tyler is amazing! I called today & spoke with Tyler to get a quote on insurance for my wedding ring since another company I use wouldn't return my call. While I was speaking with him I went ahead and had him quote rates for our 2 automobiles that are up for renewal this month. I am so happy I did because not only are we saving over $500 for 6 months, we have more coverage for less $. He also saved us more than 1/2 to insure my wedding ring. Ok so JUAN!!! Hands down the best agent I have ever spoke with. Forget agent, PERSON! He was super patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. You can’t get any better than this at any company. This wasn’t the usual “give me your info, here’s your quote, goodbye” . He actually took his time to go over everything with me and my family and find the best resources for us. First time I have ever gotten a 10000/10 experience dealing with a representative EVER! My suggestion? Call and ask for Juan Arenas. Juan thank you so much for being so positive, charismatic and professional all at once, you can tell you really enjoy what you do and you do it with passion. Kristina was great and helped me get signed up for State Farm again after dealing with Progressive for the last few months.
