I recently moved all my business to Tyler and The Heritage Group. He thoroughly got a good understanding of my 2 companies and provided what was best for them and at the most competitive rate. As pricing is not so much the important of having a good policy but making sure it’s right for you and that’s what they provided to me. Tyler, Stephanie and their entire team are second to none. When we had water dripping into our living space due to an ice jam at 6pm, I contacted the team. They did not wait until the next morning to call me. They reached out that night and got the ball rolling on my homeowners claim and on a mitigation plan. The mitigation company was at my home the next morning working on drying us out. Their communication with us throughout our entire claim was clear and concise. They always made themselves available to answer questions or address concerns. We cannot recommend their services enough!

Good ppl who try to explain everything in detail so you know what you need and what you don’t need for insurance. Heidi on the commercial side of insurance went above and beyond to find me the coverage that I needed for my business. Highly recommend doing business with heritage and if possible, have Heidi take care of you. She makes sure that your not just another customer but treats you with respect and talks to you more like a friend who wants her help, not just a customer
