Dave Hesler - State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been a loyal customer @ Dave Hesler’s State Farm office for more than 30 yrs. Dave has been professional, respectful and helpful all times. He also wanted to hire me to sell his insurance lines at one time. His staff, especially Amy, has always been professional, friendly and these ladies get things done! These are well respected business professionals with integrity in the community. They do not advertise “false” information for what they offer and treat their customers extremely well! I TRUST this agency with ALL my policy needs and recommend without hesitation!

If I could give a zero start I would. I wouldn't recommend state farm to my worst enemy they are that bad. They didn't bill my auto pay, which they have correctly billed the previous 6 months without issue and when I got into the first accident I have ever had in 18 years, my insurance wasn't there. So now I'm on the hook for $15,000 in damages and losing my license and registration FOR A YEAR! When brought up to them, they did everything to ignore the fact they messed up everything and pinned it all on me. NEVER USE THEM!!!

I had a very good experience working with Dave. I needed a Renters Insurance policy because it was required by the lease and I called him mid day and he had a policy for me in about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and super efficient

Dave has poor customer service many times mixed up policies cancel policies that should’ve not been canceled office. Staff is rude and unfriendly. Avoid this Office at all cost. Dave watches a mistake twice is terrible but the same thing over three times really and for your girl to hang up on a customer

Dave has been great to work with - professional, responsive, and straight forward. He helped me understand what to do when involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault, and a later one that was. I’ve been with Dave since moving back to the States in 2003, and staying with him even now after moving away from the area. Top notch!
