This is the best insurance company I’ve ever had. Top notch service, claims process is seamless,(had funds in my account the same evening that I filed my virtual claim) and lowest rates around. I would highly recommend this insurance company. The Best of the Best as far as I’m concerned! A++++

The staff is helpful and well informed. They are always pleasant and willing to assist with any concern. Recently my mortgage company did a search on Insurance bundles for me because they thought I could get a better rate. The search came back that Allstate was best. The mortgage agent said”stay where you are, we found none cheaper!”

Terrible Agency buyer beware I've been with Brett since about the time he started out I have referred family and friends. Brett has never been able to put together a quality staff and as a small business owner myself I know that can be rough. I recently was questioning my polices and price called for Brett and he would not take my calls or return them I was directed to an supposedly agent named Sarah. What a hack she can't even type she has no business being in any professional positions. After reviewing my auto policies I decided to go else where and they sent cancellation notice to her. She also cancelled my homeowners so as I type this I have no homeowners insurance that I never cancelled. Go elsewhere I would never deal with Brett again and if I ever dealt with Allstate again I wouldn

After nearly 3 years having home and car ins. through this agency with NO claims; one little fender bender, in which I did not even have a claim on my car and they raised auto ins. $1200.00 a year. No tickets were issued for accident. Not a good business if you ever have a claim.
