Preferred First Insurance

We had been with this company for some time.. Angela is great on the phone and through email. The manager of the office Erica. Now that's a whole different story. She's rude! Short toned! Ignores the emails more than one! Talk to me like I was her kid! Which i'm not! This is a more than one occasion. Extremely rude to my ex husband! He has stressed that to me on more than one occasion. Simple questions on policies or what I should do next. Clearly we have questions or I do .That's why i'm asking. To think this woman is in charge of your office. There is no way that she doesn't get complaints. Secondly, the rest of the staff seems to know. Oh yeah that's my boss! Nice way to run the office. Everyone at our local (Clio) office have always been friendly and helpful. They have even switched my provider to save me money. Our business is also covered by this company and that's where we had a problem. We had emergency damage to our building on a Friday afternoon. Called the business branch in Saginaw and they are closed on Friday afternoons. The rep that answered my call at their customer service number acted like I was bothering her. Here I was with broken out windows, asking for help to get our business secured for the weekend, in a panic, and feeling like I had been "abandoned".

Kristi Suppes was so helpful in finding me a great policy for a much lower price than I was paying. Nearly a hundred dollars less per month! I will always use Preferred First for my car and renters insurance :)

Angela who took all of our info was great and it continued great with Kris. We are saving over $1500 a year by switching our insurance to here! Kris was patient with me and my emails full of questions! Thank you for that. Kris explained how we were grossly underinsured through our Insurance company of over 30 years. Time for a change! It hasn’t started yet, but we are looking forward to doing business with Preferred First Insurance!
