The Frieden Agency and Frieden Wealth Management

I invest with this agency and have been doing so for about 20 years. They have made me a lot money. Sam and Josh are responsive and give sound advice.

I have been a loyal customer for years, I paid on time everytime, they got their money. They are on top of new sign ups, but employees that are no longer here or passed away is not their priority, that's all the responsibility they have is to sign new people up, everything else is on you, all they care about is taking payment and do NOT have any type of customer service. I had a supplemental GAP insurance that I had been paying for years, I asked how to file my first claim and all I got was an email saying you should have gotten a login and welcome email... that I did not receive.. I called and emailed Loomis GAP insurance for months with no reply, I initially complained to Brittany and Mike Gegan and said they'll look into it, after a few months they told me .. They, themselves cannot

I requested an insurance quote 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for one! They aren't returning my calls at all or emails or texts. I'm a pretty healthy person so I don't know why they're avoiding me. If they can't insure me just say so. It's just very odd. I've talked to 2 different people there and both of them are avoiding me.
