State Farm Home owners Insurance is the best experience I’ve ever had. I had to change my house insurance because it was going off the roof with nationwide which I’ve had since 1997. No matter how long I’ve been with Nationwide it didn’t matter. Nobody would talk to me about my cost being accelerated beyond my financial needs. I was so worried about making this major change until I called and I got connected with an agent’s office, Gina Lynch, and she’s obviously a true leader because I was in contact with Kylee who works in that office and I can say she was the most transparent and treated me like we had been friends forever. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate her patience and expertise. Highly recommend! He communicated clearly with both my husband and me, followed up consistently (which we both appreciate btw), and handled everything exactly as requested with no hassle at all. She has the kindest voice and was so helpful and patient with me and answered all my question’s. My account transition was easy and most of the time these things can be a little boring😅.
