Kathy, Melanie, Jackie and the rest of the is amazing. They are always available and super helpful. You don't get that with other businesses and I certainly did not get that with my previous agency. They help me with my business and personal insurance needs. Strongly recommend them to any one who asks me about insurance.

If misfortune should strike, we are prepared! Too many times I hear people complain about companies not picking up the phone, and not calling back. The Fair Insurance Agency answers their phone! They call you back! AND they not only provide excellent service, but take the time to explain coverage options in plain English.

I used to love them. I have been with them for 20yrs and now they can't seem to find any plans that aren't absolutely outrageous and they really don't care anymore! Sad!!
