This has been the worst transfer of insurance I have ever had! Started with Judith who seemed really nice and competent, two days later, Judith is no longer with them and that's when it all started to go down hill. These folks do not seem to know what they are doing, it has been a fiasco! I've been trying to get my money back since August since the insurance company hit my bank account twice for the same policy! Don't do it unless you are ready for some hassles.

I have been a customer of McShea Insurance over 15 years now for all of my Business Insurance needs. They have excellent access to great and fair priced insurance products, but then again, many agencies do. They have access to financing to make the large premium package easier to deal with, but then again, many agencies do. What they offer that I have not experienced at other agencies is outstanding customer service. Yes we all hear that phrase regularly, but in all my years as a customer, I can verify that their priority truly is the customer experience and satisfaction in all that they do.
