HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- Dowd has absolutely gone above and beyond. Elizabeth has been so patient and knowledge. My dad is 73 and not the easiest to deal with. I live out of state. Elizabeth has been responsive to everything I have needed. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Best customer service!
I switched from Geico to Dowd for my car insurance last year & have had nothing but a great experience. The customer service is always the best. I'll never go to any other company for my insurance needs.
