Not only that, but they also explained a lot of things easily and in 'simple' words, I guess you could say. Of course, their customer service is not the only good thing they have! I was referred here by a friend who owns a deli in NYC. I was complacent with Term Life and paying high rates through work. Sung Eun Insurance Agency's agents and CSRs provided a quick, comprehensive overview of my insurance options...just as advertised. When I needed help with health insurance (and we ALL know what a nightmare THAT can be!) I spoke with Jae at Sung Eun. Jae was very knowledgeable about the many regulations and rules surrounding health insurance, and even pointed me toward subsidies to help with premiums. I didn't know about these things- my previous agency never bothered to look for ways to save me money. I even bought a life insurance policy from Jae after being shown that homemakers really SHOULD be insured. Even after that premium, I still saved money!
