Please be advised prior to going to this agency for any of your insurance purchases. The owner of the company Mr. S. Kim does not work within his scope of practice. As a liaison between the clients and insurance companies, he lies continuously to both the clients and insurance companies and is not transparent with his practice (insurance fraud!). The incident that I would like to write about involves the NYDMV and the issue that he created, but refused to take responsibility and the issue dragged on for 5 months due to him practicing outside of his scope; thus, demonstrating his incompetence. Due to his mistake and his poor communication with the insurance company, my license and vehicle was suspended.
