Steven Luckert: Allstate Insurance

Our agent Steve was very helpful in explaining our auto policy when we changed our out of state registration to N.Y. He was always available for phone calls to answer questions. He provided us with new insurance cards to help make a smooth transition at the DMV.

Steve is a pleasure to deal with and is very helpfull.

I've been working with them for years now, I've sent at least 5 people to them and everyone has been pleased to say the least. They've always quoted me the cheapest around even after calling every major company. Their customer service is excellent and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Awful. Was a customer since 2004. Stop having insurance in 2018. Called last week for a quote. He said he call me back with some numbers. A week later and never heard from him. Not even a call back. So I moved onto another Allstate agency who wants to help me.
