Lorenzo Mercado - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am not thrilled with Lorenzo Mercado's office. They were very good to set up my car insurance contract initially but cancelling it some years later was a real pain : I first called to cancel in Aug 25, they confirmed everything was all set...but I still got charged in Sept. I called again in Sept, they confirmed everything was all set...still got charged in Oct... I also requested a letter of experience by phone and email, never got one. Decent service as long as you are a paying customer, plain bad service when you are leaving.

I’m a customer with State Farm Joseph Mercado is my agent , I have the best experience with them when cames to car insurance. I recommend Serenity as an agent , she goes above and beyond to meet your needs. She is very knowledgeable and patient,would try to get you the best quote for you when came to cars. All the staff is very good as well!

My husband and I came over from GEICO to State Farm and it was the best decision we have ever made. Joe Mercado and his team are amazing, there are always there to help me and my family with any needs what so ever anytime. We just purchased a new car and Serenity from the Office who is awesome and always makes you feel like your there only customer stayed late just to make sure we had everything taken care off. So thank you again and again to Joe and his staff.
