This office is always helpful, efficient and friendly. I have my homeowner's and auto insurance with them and they are eager to get me the best price. I've recently worked with Marissa who has been so helpful and has followed up to make sure everything was okay. Surprising and appreciated.

Because I made the move back to New York from Florida there were changes, of course to my new home for homeowners policy and my car insurance as well. Laura Bono was a great help through this process at State Farm Insurance company. She went over everything for my condo policy and the coverage for my auto policy.

This State Farm office is THE BEST AROUND! Every time I call, I get an actual person on the phone...and right away without having to wait! I have personally dealt with Laura, Tiffany, and Tony on multiple occasions, it's so helpful when you know the staff by name, and they all have resolved my issues and answered my questions immediately! The best customer service around...highly recommend this office if you're looking for an insurance company to give you personalized attention!

As I have said in the past, this insurance agency is the absolute best. I spoke with Laura today and she, like the other staff members, was so patient, knowledgeable and extremely kind and cooperative. In a time where customer service is terrible, Stephanie and her team are the model for how to speak to and treat your customers. If I could give ten stars, I would.
