I've been with Newbrook Insurance for my car for about 4 or 5 years. Each year the cost has gone up, even though I haven't been in an accident or received a ticket in over 35 years. I don't travel much, perhaps 5,000-8,000 miles a year. I've never put in a claim for the years I was with them When my insurance went up to an exorbitant amount, I asked the rep why so high. He said I should be happy it only went up 20%. Most people's insurance went up 50%. I asked if he shopped around to get the lowest price. He said he did. I said that I'm thinking of making some calls to other companies myself. He said go ahead. I made one phone call to AAA and they gave me a yearly quote that was ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS THAN NEWBROOK INSURANCE. So either the Newbrook staff are lazy or incompetent. They

From my first phone call, Danielle was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had been with another agency since 1982 and was very happy with them. Unfortunately, they were taken over by another company about 5 years ago and since then, I felt like my business was not important to them. Newbrook has restored the feelings of my old agency.
