I don't usually leave five star reviews, but my experience with this company, and especially with Dean Piaquadio, was truly exceptional. I had only been with this company six or eight months when I had a fairly large claim. The response time, the ease of it all, and the quick check were like nothing I had ever seen in my many years of owning both my own homes and rental units. I am so thankful to my insurance agent for setting me u with these people. Happy ending!

I know someone who is dealing with this company no really the great one. They like to deny claims. I can give a advice to everyone who is having problems with this insurance company. Go to new york insurance department or commissioner insurance file a compliant explain your situation. Every insurance company may considered this.

Christina is an absolute blessing to work with but her BOSS has given me roughest time of my life by NOT understanding. Please think of your CUSTOMERS rather than YOURSELF. People go through hell it's tough for everyone including yourself SO WHAT? SERVE YOUR CUSTOMER WHO IS PAYING FOR INSURANCE AND SUFFERING BECAUSE OF HOW SLOW YOU ARE! PLEASE! NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL EXPLAINING WHY YOU DIDN'T STICK TO YOUR WORDS!? Seriously!? There's no way in your heart of hearts you think this is kind, right? And don't think I'm just complaining, I'm already an extremely patient person as I assume you already know.
