I've had an exceptional experience so far. I have been working with Corey Dixon for about 6 months. I got in touch with him last time our policy renewed, but unfortunately the cost was a bit higher than what I was already paying. This time when my renewal came around he was able to get me a significantly lower rate. I'm curious about how different deductibles and levels of coverage affect the pricing and he was always quick to respond to my questions and calls. While I have really enjoyed the fully online policies I've had the last few years, having an actual person to talk to rather than 10 different phone menus is definitely nice.
