I contacted the Hrenko Erie Insurance Agency to add a fourth vehicle to my existing auto insurance policy. Unfortunately, I had an extremely poor and unprofessional experience with an agent. During the call, the agent did not identify himself, leaving me unaware of who I was speaking with. Without any greeting or introduction, he asked, “What is your VIN?” His tone and demeanor conveyed a complete lack of concern and professionalism, and he appeared inconvenienced by my call. I requested to be transferred to a different agent three separate times. Each time, the agent responded by repeatedly saying “what?” or “excuse me?” rather than addressing my request.
