State Farm Insurance Agent

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Priscilla that nearly caused our home closing to fall through. Her lack of knowledge and failure to respond in a timely manner created unnecessary stress during a critical time. Rather than addressing the issue directly, she passed us off to another representative — who was out of state and also unable to help. This kind of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as homeowners insurance during a closing. My fiancé had been a loyal State Farm customer for years, but after this experience, we’ve completely switched to another company where we were treated with the professionalism and respect that should be standard. 0/10 – Would not recommend

I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences with Rich over the past 15 years. Recently, it became necessary to make a claim. Not only did Rich assure me that State Farm had everything handled, he helped walk me through the initial steps and then he took it from there. I honestly did not know that the insurance process could be so seamless and painless! I strongly suggest you consider having Rich as your agent. He is timely, he is extremely knowledgeable and he is in your neighborhood. I could not have wished for a better broker. You will rest assured that your assets are protected and your needs are met through him!

Rich has been my agent for over 10 years, and up until the last 5 years everything was good. Over the last 5 years, I have a had several administrative errors/issues with the office and as a result, Rich advised me to email him directly for all policy adjustments. The made sure everything was in writing and time stamped. Fast forward to the straw the broke the camels back... Thankfully we moved to written communication, as I had a policy adjustment on Aug 2, 2018, to which I emailed Rich about. On Aug 12, 2018 I found my self stranded on the side of the PA Turnpike calling roadside assistance. Only to find out that the policy had not been reactivated, and that if I wanted roadside assistance I would have to pay out of pocket, on the spot. $330 later... they were coming to help me..

Working with Rich, he was very unprofessional.

I stopped here to inquire about transferring all of our policies to this agent...and a woman I spoke to was so annoyed she may have to do work..she was extremely rude. She took a phone call...and when she got off..she looked at me and said, "People are so stupid". No thanks..any other agent will do! 1 star is to much!
