Don't ever try to use Erie for homeowner on appliances. They suck! They take their good old time to get your home needs met especially with a diabetic in the house.

UPDATE: Jeff went to bat for me and ultimately got us a second inspection from a very objective adjuster. I am now getting the repairs needed to my home. Thank you, Jeff for hearing me out (I was not a happy camper) and pressing on Erie to get our roof another look.

I've been a customer for many years! Natalie at the front desk is always Soo helpful and informative. She always goes that extra mile to help you in anyway she can. Natalie is such an asset to your agency. Keep up the good work!!

I used to love when Sylvia was there. Recently the vibe has changed, not as personal, I had a bad experience on the phone with the newer agent. I guess I was asking too many questions because they had a condescending tone, and were not very helpful. They expected me to sign a form that had the wrong premium amount on it, when I questioned it she sounded very bothered by my questions. Not professional, not helpful!

I'm a long-time ERIE insurance policy holder who used to live in Northern VA for many years. My ERIE agent there had some sort of connection to the Balicki Agency & with my consent, transferred my policies here as they had to be re-done to comply with PA insurance regulations. I had no reason not to go with them since I didn't have a relationship with any other agent. Everything went fine then & it continues. If I call during business hours, it seems that there's always someone in the office answering the phone; not an answering service or voicemail - that's rare these days & greatly appreciated.
