Betsey Partida has horrible service. I mean she is supposed to be there to answer questions regarding insurance policies and any additional questions regarding insurance. She gave us short answers and with a bad attitude!! Not professional at all, no matter what your position is, clients should always be treated with respect.

Racist!!! They called our company for service, when I arrived the lady here was very nice she showed me whats need to be done. I gave her an estimate. she told me that she need to get approved by the management. She called the manager and ask him if price is OK so he asked her to talk to me. He approved the job and asked if we can bill them, I said yes while we talk he asked me if I'm from IRAN. I answered no I'm from ISRAEL thanv he asked for my name and last name and than asked to speak to the lady here and told her to tell me that he doesn't want the service they will call me back. When I called back to confront him he said that he didn't like the price when he APPROVED the price BEFORE he even asked to speak with me. This discrimination must not happen!!!

don't bother to obtain insurance here. Agent does not try to give the best available prices. they only care about money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Just try calling them for a common question and you will see what i mean. i ended up switching to a better known insurance. i was always afraid it would be more expensive. I now pay about less and the customer service i get, is way better. I am shocked to see the difference. You don't have to believe me. But I will suggest you call around different insurances ( state/farmers...) before you insure your car here.

First off I've been Insured by you guys for the longest time and today ERICA helped me and literally worst service ever, she literally lied over the phone saying I can not cancel my policy over the phone she literally said I couldn't and she canceled my policy without my authorization. I specifically told her I would be going into the office to do everything because she told me I had to go in person. She was RUDE since I called said what do you want? Now she just called me back to tell me that the insurance was not canceled now so she called the company to Alliance and revoked the cancelation which she couldve tried to do before hand and tried to help me out, honestly ERICA is the worst customer service ever.
