This is by FAR the worst insurance company to ever exist. They are unresponsive, ignorant and give you the run around before they attempt (and fail) to help you. My fiancee was in an accident where THEIR insured totaled his car, it's been 5 weeks and the the person who was supposed to help him (Yesenia) left for vacation and never returned his phone call, she also took down our address WRONG after multiple confirmations to send the check. He called to have SOMEONE try to help him and not one representative was helpful, all they did was transfer him non stop. We opted to stop using them and simply use our insurance (statefarm, highly recommend it) because this company is useless.

Pamela has been very helpful to all of my friends and family to get auto insurance. She finds us the best deals with same day coverage. No need to wait two weeks just for my friends/family policy to get started. I highly recommend going here for auto insurance that is cheap. Ask for Pamela!
