I recently switched to have SJR insurance as my agent of record as I had been unhappy with my agent. I worked hard with an agent to make sure they were going to receive the commission. The last I heard from anyone was almost a month ago. No one will now respond to my emails or numerous voice messages. Extremely disappointed as I went from one non responsive company only to find another. What are the odds?

I got my homeowners insurance from sjr and the rate I received was the best in town. the staff was wonderful and easy to work with.
Well I didn't end up getting insurance there the agent helping me provided a lot of valuable information and guidance.
